Eberhard loves people and derives tremendous joy from developing the potential that exists in each individual.
Eberhard Niklaus spent 26 years in a franchise organization where he first ran his own successful franchise for 10 years, and then joined the Franchisor team and spent the next 16 years coaching the more than 70 franchisees in their group to run successful businesses, by teaching them how to apply business skills and maintain positive and winning attitudes. In 2016 Eberhard started his own business to train and develop people and teams.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, he has helped many managers and their teams to improve their performance, utilizing Gallup Strengths-principles as managers and teams.
Additionally, Eberhard has helped many individuals with his Executive Coaching to learn how to maximize their individual performance through gaining self-awareness of their personal talents and strengths and leveraging these to effectively reach their goals and address their challenges.
Eberhard also authored a book entitled “Successful Selling Unlocked- Relationship Marketing” in 2009, which has helped many salespeople to apply practical aspects to boost their sales results, as well as add passion to their selling! In addition, he is also a certified Life Coach through New Insights.
Eberhard has inspired numerous audiences with his talks, as well as business teams with his coaching. Eberhard is passionate about life and loves people. He finds tremendous joy and happiness in helping others grow and be successful.
